Variable Turbo for 3.5 and 3.9 V8 (Turbo Bolide) and Adjustable Diff Ratio

This mod just add a ingame simulated turbo engine and and a 6 Speed Gearbox .

The turbo sim is adjustable and the transaxle differential too.
