Using Raspberry PI as a mini "PC"?

I was thinking of purchasing a RP2 and installing ubuntu on it.

This will only be used to browse the web/watch netflix and hulu, go on facebook etc.

as a basic "on the go" device for basic operations.

What you guys think?
