Dunsfold Aerodrome (Top Gear Test Track)

So I've gathered that there's some interest in a Top Gear test track for BeamNG, but unfortunately a brief perusal of this subforum indicates that any previous attempts have either been long abandoned, or are somewhat "Russian", or both.
