h series rear suspension bugs

the offroad springs for the h series dont work anymore and trackwidth does nothing
i dont have mods that affect this i checked the jbeam and cant tell why the rear offset wont work
as far as i know the rear offroad springs are still from pre 0.5.2 and break on spawn

EDIT it seems istead of ebing on the master the offset is defined by each 5/6/8 hub
