the torque curve is bad, it is like a lazy cam on a petrol car, the torque and hp cross where that shouldnt happen on a diesel, this is on the non forced induction bit, as say for example for comparision this diesel gets 570nm ish and 270hp, a Jaguar V6 TD gets 600nm and 270hp, its just how a diesel is, and i have never seen a diesel get up to 5500rpm
