YES ITS A SEPARATE VEHICLE![:D]( "Big Grin :D")
Just install it, choose the 'Cargo Box Uplift' in the ctrl+e menu, put the gearbox in manual mode, floor it and slam it into first gear and off you go with your front poking up the sky. In 1,8 second you'll be doing 100 km/h. If you got enough patience to wait another 3 seconds you'll be going 200. It's pretty fast.
