UI App Wiki page

Hi

Can someone with experience of developing UI apps please update the wiki?
I tried yesterday to figure out based on other UI Apps, but failed getting a simple text to be displayed on load. I might just have been to tired so will take a look at it when i have some more time, but i did notice at least that the example on the wiki did not work at all.
