help with adding tuning

I was adding tuning to the engine in my improved bronco and for some reason the truck doesn't work anymore. I don't know what I did wrong because I used the tuning from the pickup but modded it into the HO tuning for the bronco. Do I need a mesh for it to work or can just the normal engine with a different air cleaner texture work since the HO is factory tuning.
