Very bad FPS

I used to get around 50 -80 FPS and after the update i run around 14 FPS my specs are:
AMD FX-8350 Black 8 core
GTX 960 ssc
16 GB RAM DDR3
I'm only running one car too. what is going on? any suggestions?
