So, the forum rules, found within the Terms of Service, state that users must be at least 16 years old. I know that that's no longer being enforced and I'm fine with that. However, by law, users must be at least 13 years old to use these forums. There are a number of users (not naming names) that don't act like they are at least 13 years old, and I honestly don't believe that they are. It's shocking how many "13" year olds completely lack...
