Game runs slow when it did not before.

Hello guys! So, I haven't touched BeamNG for a while, and I thought I'd play around with it today. I booted it up, and noticed the horrid FPS, despite the fact that I recently upgraded my GPU and RAM. Here's my specs:

RAM: 16 GB DDR3
GPU: GeForce GTX 960
CPU: AMD Phenom II Black @ 3.70 GHz

My FPS before was around 30 doing the craziest things, now it's 30 driving around the testing area with the default truck. Help please.
