Grand Marshal Police Equipment [FOR OFFICIAL CAR]

I've noticed that the Police Package for the Grand Marshal seems kinda bare with just a pushbar and a 1990s halogen lightbar. So, I've decided why not try and persuade Gavril to improve the Police Package's equipment so the Grand Marshal looks more proper for a 1990s cop car.
