So, I've been dealing with this problem since summer 2015 when DX11 update came out to the light. These low FPS counts have given me a lot of pains, throes and loss of nerves. I've been thinking about my GPU, that it's totally crap and other dissappointing things.
@Nadeox1 told me that it's possibly true and I have to reinstall my Windows to be clear with that version, but it haven't turned out well or so. I've had the same FPS count, cringe face and the hand of...
BeamNG uses only ~1-15% of CPU usage at 1-10 cars.
