This is the Annihilator from Carmageddon Reincarnation.
Everything was made from scratch, except for the engine. the suspension was based off the moonhawk's suspension but i modified it so much that i would consider that i was made from scratch.
just like the DeGoryun, it has the Carmageddon Edition as well.
