First Build Idea, Thoughts?

I want to run beamng at a minimum of 60fps high, and I also want to be able to almost max out games that may be coming out in the future at 60fps (such as star citizen). Will this build do what I ask and will it be an efficient use of money? Did I cheap-out too much on something?
