Skullbreaker sound?

I crashed my Hirochi Sunburst from the front and everything was fine and dandy. There was a sound of gas ettin gout or something and that's normal. Out of nowhere, a very high-piched sound came. I crashed again with the Sunburst and it happened again.
I used the Race version in Sky Blue if that means anything.
Or I might just be very stupid.
