So since I did this with the older maps, I thought I should do the older vehicle mods while i'm at it, and here is the result.
So I went through vehicles sub forum and went though most of the available vehicle mods, downloaded the ones that didn't have the new file structure unzip them and repacked them with the new file structure that's it.
