no vallid dx 10/11 device installed?

when i play the last version of the game it says no vallid device for direct x 10 or 11 orther games say that to iam running 32 bit but when i run the 64 bit one its all good? iam running 11 btw by dxdiag

i mean iam running the 32 bit windows ( i got another hdd with 64 bit that works good>
