not sure if this has already been suggested but it'd be cool if the car's starters worked like in real life.
you could press v (or whatever your engine start button is) once to turn the electronics on and from there you'd be able to use lights and stuff, then if you held v the engine would actually start, and when the engine was off completely nothing electronic in the vehicles could work.
idk, i just think it could be a cool way to add a little realism

Hi, although I've found several comments about people having issues with this racing wheel, none of them seemed to be the same as mine so I'm starting a new thread as I was told by the admin after we had a chat in private messages.

My problem is with Force Feedback on my Thrustmaster T500RS. I've followed BeamNG's guide on how to set up my wheel, it's a T500RS, everything works, reacts, except for force feedback, there is no feedback at all... I've also tried to deactivate all mods but...

I would love to see the games devs create an off-road dedicated map. The current maps have some decent spots if you know how find them, but none of them seem to have a good mix of mud,rocks, hill climbs, and a lot of trails with a rating system. Utah has a lot of crawling spots, East coast has some decent trails if you just so happen to stumble upon them, and small island has one or two good spots. I would love to see something similar to glass-view mountains, but with the dev quality. It...

Bug/Problem with cars in the newest 0.19 version

Hey y'all,
I've just downloaded the newest version of BeamNG Drive and I found some bug in all vehicles with manual transmission. When I hold a clutch on the first gear, add some throttle and Enige's revs will go up to the maximum then I release the clutch wheels won't spin and the car won't move. In older versions like 0.17.1 it worked wit out any problems. And when I hold S ( to brake) and W ( to throttle) it's like it would be on neutral.

Hello and welcome to my updated Ibishu Fuji thread
This is a mod that will add the 1987 - 1991 Ibishu Fuji (name recommended by @Pacivica) which is a compact car to fit in the slots between the Ibishu Covet and Ibishu Pessima. It is mainly based of the E90 Corolla and T170 Corona. It'll come in 6 body styles: a sedan, coupe, liftback, fastback, and two types of wagons

Why is Small Island getting a lot of stutters after 0.19 update?

I get an average of 70 FPS, but I get stutters that are noticeable at high speeds and turns. The stutters aren't present in any other map (including mod maps). I also used to be able to use traffic with 3 cars at 80 FPS on Utah, but now I get 30. Plz help...

This is my first attempt at getting Blackwood from Live For Speed into BeamNG. The grass is deadly. The kerbs are deadly. Some of the pavement transitions are deadly. This is very much a proof of concept. I was able to expoort the map from a mod converted to Assetto Corsa and then export it into Open Collada .DAE to then be opened up in the level editor in BeamNG as one huge object. Even since the release of this map, it hasn't been great.

1. Optimization is terrible. The main reason for this is that the whole city is all one mesh. And this is really noticeable on lower end PC's. Because the buildings are all one mesh, if you drive closer to the city, it has to be loaded all at once.

The issue doesn't actually start up until the game is launched, and it doesn't start!!

My issues:
Black screen that shows clock in the middle of everything and pause icon on the right above it saying press to resume
You can't really do anything in that screen
265 missing files and 2 different files

I have seen a few comments on a how to download this game video that is recent suggesting this same exact issue and numbers. How can this all be resolved because...
