I currently have 5,596 hours in BeamNG and I'm curious if anyone has more than me. I'm not trying to make this a "Size matters" ordeal, I'm just want a discussion of how much we love the game and why.

packing mod destroys mod file

I was creating a mod for the new bluebuck, and it was in my unpacked folder.

I clicked on pack in the game but it created a file called modsxxxxxxxx.zip, instead of creating a file in the mods folder such as mods/xxxxxxx.zip.

My mod was completely destroyed. I am trying to recover the files now using some recovery software. (The zip file it did create in the wrong location was completely blank).


Has anyone else had this issue?

Destination Display on Bus Doesn't Work...

When I load a bus route in BeamNG, the bar that displays the route number and destination (e.g.: 4 Convention Center), the bar just displays a green/orange rectangle that spans the length of the bar. Is there any way to fix this? I saw a couple of threads about plugging something into console to fix this issue, but I don't know how to use console.

Hello,

I've really been enjoying to huge update that BeamNG just released (Great Job). But one thing i don't get is how come the when the cops try to do a U-turn when there chasing you, they end up into a wall or are stuck in a ditch. If they could just reduce the amount of throttle that the AI gives when it does a U-turn then it would be great. Also the police are a bit slow at chasing me.

Parent imported DAE to vehicle in World Editor

I may have asked this last year but now with .16 out, maybe this is somewhat possible?

My hope is to import a DAE file into the world editor and "parent" it to the vehicle. I know I can do this by editing the jbeam but I'd like to preserve the animations that come with the DAE file I imported. Anyway I can do this today?

Tire Wear And Refuelling at gas stations

Would be nice to see some wear in the tires, because at the moment you just get tiremarks when you do a burnout, would be really nice if you tires would actually wear out from racing or doing burnouts etc.

We have seen that there are many gas stations around maps, but we are still not able to refuel our cars. I know it's possible via the tuning menu, but it will reset the car at the same time.

How to properly set AI to race them?

I wanted to set AI to race them on the new Figure-8 track, but the AI doesn't want to drive how they should, they drive in circles, how do I set the AI to drive on the full Figure-8 track, not only half of it? Can I select certain waypoints to show them where to drive?

Hello all and welcome to my first of hopefully many monster invasion tours. my name is guardblast3 some of you have probably seen me in gameboy3800 videos driving gunslinger. well after seeing and being in these videos i've been inspired to make this tour as a passion project towards monster trucks and this amazing community. with that being said a lot of my ideals and ways this tour will be run do stem from these videos, so here are the rules to this tour.

so, here's the issue:
when the new update came out, I was pretty excited. now, I don't have the best computer, and it is a pretty new HP pavilion. it can run beamng.drive (sorta laggy, but I can do Utah and west coast fairly good but don't want my computer to suffer on the Italy map that I have not tried to use) and gets very smooth FPS on smaller maps. now, when the new update came out, everything was laggier. even on ''grid, small, pure'' it gives me an...

j'ai moins de problèmes de plug in export Jbeam et osm map , texture j’espère avoir ...

j'ai acheté un plug in pour blender

hyper puissant constatez la taille du scan !

il et possible de travaillé avec des calques différant
google map et rendu photo

les textures de bâtiments sont généré par un algorithme
bref que du bonheurs a 17 dollars


A savoir qu' un équivalent sur google sketch up coute 200 euro

et la c'est le drame E S R I lidar city...

Mod showing up in mod manager but not in car selection?

Hi all,

I am trying to install this mod (https://www.beamng.com/resources/thai-minibus-for-d-series.2416/), and it shows up in my mod manager, but not when I select a Gavril D-Series. I have put it in User\Documents\mods, and that didn't work. I then cleared my cache, and that didn't work either. I then installed the mod from the in-game repository, but no dice. I really don't know what I'm doing wrong. Also, if this is the wrong place for this, apologies.

got .16 going well after the gui incident but the .17 release has a missing ddl that i cannot find

Resetting a "modified" map

So I used the map editor and added 4 permanent vehicle spawns, and a few concrete barriers to the derby arenas map, and now the textures are all broken(no buildings, no concrete barriers, misc items...anything. except for discolored ground, and trees) upon release of the new update.

I was wondering if there was a way to reset the map back to default, so that i can at least play it?
