Given that wheels & tires are often one of the most important changes you can make when customizing a car, and BeamNG's fantastic system that allows us to swap wheels between almost all vehicles, I thought that they deserved their own unique suggestion thread.

I have seen alot of comments about cars and pickups and even tire models and the like. Even tank tracks. But what about the bigger things? Is there also plans to adding hydralics, hookpoints and all that? Is any truck with a trailer in the plans or progress?

A.I Traffic Not Working

So I'm just going to get straight to the point, I load into beamng.drive as usual and when I go to radial menu > A.I > Traffic > Spawn (Normal) (or police!) nothing happens. The game doesn't do anything, for now, I have a workaround of deleting my car which allows them to spawn in. Even when they spawn in, they don't work right as well.

Information

I wanted to create a sort of "development" hub for my sound mods, with obviously early access/pre release stuff going in here before it appears live on the repo. It will contain current releases as well as WIP releases for mod cars, sound sample demos and ideas for future mods as well as different versions with different sound types perhaps as well.

I should also add, I'll have a list of development vehicles coming soon that i am either having issues with or...

I currently have 5,596 hours in BeamNG and I'm curious if anyone has more than me. I'm not trying to make this a "Size matters" ordeal, I'm just want a discussion of how much we love the game and why.

Hey fellow drivers,

I've had BeamNG for years now, but always lacked a racing wheel. I was looking for some yesterday on Amazon, but it seems like the vast majority had really creepy reviews, or were more than 500 bucks. Are there any good choices out there that are actually good quality, and won't break the bank? Where would be a good place to find them also. I thinking having a wheel would make BeamNG even more enjoyable.

After the update the Ibishu Covet front fascia isn't fastened to the body of the car. There are no mods active other than a headlight illumination mod (basically a lighting mod).

Hi, I just installed the new update and though the load in time (Actual objects rendering when first spawning in is much slower and laggy), everything else is much better.
Except ONE thing. Literally a few days ago when I put the AI into chase mode they would fly up to the car and beat it off the road and would make for awesome crashes. However now they just sit behind the car being chased staring at its bumper. I know the little car is hungry for some bumper to bumper action.

Just tried to park a ETK-I car when suddenly i couldnt move the car over to the parking area.. the car began to spin and then i noticed the fence began to drag the car into the fence itself. See image below for the location.

Is this a quick-fix in your map-editor?

Reloaded the ETK-I series vehicle to a non-mod version and...

Beamng 0.17 is out! Awesome as always!
Sad thing though is that my Alternative Lighting changes to maps wont work. Can be updated though so no big deal, will only need to change sky and light settings for the maps again, only timeconsuming.

A bigger sad thing though is that the changes ive made to getting the ingame PostFx window fully functioning incl active white cutout, better quality SSAO, higher resolution DOF, correct offset and falloff and more...

Mod showing up in mod manager but not in car selection?

Hi all,

I am trying to install this mod (https://www.beamng.com/resources/thai-minibus-for-d-series.2416/), and it shows up in my mod manager, but not when I select a Gavril D-Series. I have put it in User\Documents\mods, and that didn't work. I then cleared my cache, and that didn't work either. I then installed the mod from the in-game repository, but no dice. I really don't know what I'm doing wrong. Also, if this is the wrong place for this, apologies.

With the spawn of the H-series, the interior textures disappear, it really upsets me (((
This happens when mods are turned on. All mods associated with the H-series, I turned off and on, unsuccessfully. Thanks in advance to those who help)

I guess there's never actually been a thread for this thing. Anyways it's your typical run-of-the-mill semi truck, from the early 80s I suppose. Frame and running gear are working and in-game, cab is not.
