[TUTORIAL]: How to do Engine Swaps (with pictures)
Hello, today I will show you the detailed and basic process of swapping another engine into a car in BeamNG.drive, and a basic blender tutorial.
NOTE: This does take quite a background of blender and jbeam knowledge, if you know how to rename and move stuff, and copy paste in notepad and blender, your good to go.

2017 Saguma Move
Hello modders,
I've been a quiet lurker and mod user for about two years now on BeamNG. I've been seeing many great mods on the forum and many great mods in progress, and decided I jump in and start my own mod. Just as an FYI, I AM NOT VERY EXPERIENCED IN MODDING, at all, I'm only familiar with blender. The Saguma Move is based off what we know as the Suzuki Carry truck (2017), an adorable kei truck. This will probably grow into a challenge as you'll see how much detail must be carried over...

Weird issues when changing display mode
Updated to version 0.19 on Windows 7 and I'm having some strange issues that I didn't have in previous versions regarding display mode.
There are 3 modes to choose from: windowed, borderless, and fullscreen.
Windowed is the one that works alright. It's a little bit cut off at the bottom by my taskbar (by a few pixels), but it doesn't really block any buttons, so not an issue.
Borderless is where it gets weird. Turning this on makes it the window borderless, but in previous versions, where...

World Editor 2.0
Hello everyone, we would like to let you know we're working on a new world editor for BeamNG.drive.
The new editor will replace the old one which is harder to maintain and extend. We are using the power of Lua and hot reloading of editor Lua scripts, so it is faster to test code changes, also the users can create their own tools and extensions for the editor (the editor is using the same extension mechanism as the mods).
This microblog will update you on our progress with implementation...

So basically how this started was I was playing Beamng and coronavirus boredom took hold and was like what would happen if I took the front of the I series and put it on the roamer, so I went in blender and edited the front end of the I series and slapped it on the roamer and here's what happened:

I loved using this feature to carry damaged cars between maps, and while this was most likely not the intention, the 'buggy' nature of this feature worked great as a way to do basic "repairs" to a car's driveability, without having to undo all the fun deformation sustained during a long adventure!
It also worked great as a solution for cooling down engines, without having to find a body of water to teleport the car into - waiting for engines to cool down in...

Fog Density Range too low
Hi,
I realized that the fog density range is different compared to the previous versions. I was creating a map and I taught that there's something wrong with my map. But after a fresh installation and checking West Coast USA, I realized that it has to do something with the new update(s).
Even when you change the values in the level info, it reverts back to low range/density once you move the slider. Please see the attached screenshot. It's maximum but looks like there's only a little bit...
